What can I use as a form of payment?

Will I get a receipt with my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.


Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.


How do I receive free shipping ?

It's easy. When you get to the billing information page of checkout, simply enter the code in the space provided and complete the checkout process.


My order hasn't arrived, how do I track my order?

Find the FedEx or USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at either www.fedex.com or www.usps.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s web site.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can call or email customer service. Simply notify the representative which item you would like to return. We will send you either a replacement or credit the price and original form of payment. We will send an e-mail to notify you when your exchange has been shipped or that we've credited you. Since food items are perishable, returns should be made within 30 days.

Can I place a large order for my company/family function?

Sure. We are always happy to accommodate special orders for your company or family functions. Please call our corporate sales department at 1.877.495.9065 for more information.


How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx. If you elect standard delivery, your order will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 days. If you elect express delivery, and order by noon EST, your order will arrive the next business day.

Can you ship to an international address?

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.


Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can ship items from one order to up to three different addresses within the United States. Enter separate addresses, shipping information and gift requests during checkout. There is an additional $2 shipping and handling charge to each extra address. (There are no shipping and handling charges for Online Gift Certificates.) If your order requires express delivery, the additional $10 express shipping charge will also be applied to each extra address.


If I send a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No, just remember to note in the Instructions box indicating that you'd like us to include a gift receipt with your order on the billing and shipping information page of checkout. Your recipient will receive an invoice that lists the items, but not their prices, and which can be used to return or exchange merchandise.


How do I change or cancel an order?

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with 2GetCoffee.com, please call 1.877.495.9065 as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.


The web site is slow in processing my order. What should I do?
